Veriar Collins oversees expansion at Nashville

Clay Lacy adds Learjet 75 and 800XP to US bases

Clay Lacy Aviation has welcomed a Learjet 75 to its Los Angeles charter fleet. President and ceo Brian Kirkdoffer says: “It has been half a century since Clay Lacy Aviation introduced the original Learjet to corporate aviation. Today, we are excited to carry the Learjet brand and legacy into a new era.”

The Learjet 75 offers a spacious interior, large galley, full-size lavatory and the longest seat length in its class. It features executive double-club seating for eight passengers and its individual leather seats swivel and recline. It comes equipped with individual touch-screen monitors at each seat with complementary domestic wi-fi.

At Nashville International airport, the addition of a Hawker 800XP to its charter fleet has given Clay Lacy Aviation greater presence in the southeast region of the US.

Veriar Collins, vp charter and management services, says: “Headquartered in Los Angeles, Clay Lacy Aviation has been the preferred private jet charter provider to Hollywood since 1968. Today, we are excited to expand our operations from the entertainment capital of the world to the music capital of the world with service out of Nashville.”

The Hawker 800XP features a wide cabin with large captain’s chairs, a side facing couch and separate lavatory.
