FAI continues fleet changes

Over the course of 2015 FAI rent-a-jet AG will continue to replace a number of its aircraft with the Learjet 35A, and most of its Learjet 55 models will be replaced with Learjet 60s. Of the existing fleet, two Global Express aircraft are flying in vip charter, and seven aircraft (four Learjets and three Challenger 604s) are operating air ambulance services.

Chairman and founder Siegfried Axtmann says: “This year is looking positive, with the first two months' numbers suggesting we will achieve even better figures by the end of 2015.

“The overall increase of 10% utilisation of an unchanged fleet was powered by increased availability and constant reliability, which we have achieved by replacing older aircraft with younger models in the past.”
