TLC Jet will handle private aviation, including PC-12 transfers from San Juan to St. Barth, for guests of luxury villa operator WIMCO St. Barth Properties.
TLC Jet has entered into a new partnership with WIMCO St. Barth Properties, a leading luxury villa rental and concierge services provider, to offer private aviation services to guests travelling to WIMCO St. Barth Properties luxury villa destinations.
The partnership brings together WIMCO St. Barth Properties luxury villa rentals and destination concierge services with TLC Jet's premier private aviation capabilities, creating a more seamless journey from the moment travellers leave home to the moment they arrive at their villa.
A key part of the partnership is providing last-mile air connectivity between San Juan in Puerto Rico and St. Barth, helping guests bridge the gap between their scheduled flight or TLC Jet on-demand private charter flight into San Juan and their final destination. Flights will use late-model Pilatus PC-12 aircraft with seating for up to eight passengers, offering an intimate, comfortable way to travel.

TLC Jet will handle the customer-facing experience for these transfers, coordinating directly with WIMCO St. Barth Properties guests to manage flight arrangements, scheduling, trip planning and concierge support. The result is a streamlined experience designed to take the complexity out of getting to one of the Caribbean's most beautiful destinations.
WIMCO St. Barth clients interested in private aviation will receive a warm introduction to TLC Jet, allowing the two companies to coordinate directly.
TLC Jet is a private aviation company providing on-demand private jet charter services for business and leisure travellers. TLC Jet is a part of the TLC Aviation portfolio, which encompasses award-winning whole aircraft management and aircraft maintenance services by Toledo Jet.
Tradewind Aviation has operated the only year-round, nonstop scheduled service between St. Barth and the continental US since 2006, using Pilatus PC-12 turboprops from San Juan and Antigua. The San Juan leg takes roughly 50 minutes. TLC Jet will therefore be entering a route where a well-established scheduled operator already carries the bulk of villa-guest traffic on the same aircraft type.
Firestone explains: “Initially, we will deploy Pilatus PC-12 aircraft operated by safety-vetted partners; however, we have not excluded the possibility of direct operation in the future. We expect to acquire our first turboprop imminently – a late-model Beechcraft King Air 350.”
TLC Jet was launched in May 2025 by 313 Equity Partners, the family office that had already acquired Toledo Jet, an FAA Part 145 MRO founded in 2009 from the former Textron Citation Service Center in Toledo, Ohio.
