Montenegro ceremony crowns ACS as charter leader

October 26, 2026

Europe's Leading Private Jet Charter Company 2026 is Air Charter Service, which continues to go from strength to strength. The business has already been recognised by The Air Charter Association this year.

Andy Christie is ACS' group private jet director.

At the World Travel Awards ceremony held in Montenegro on Saturday 17 October, Air Charter Service picked up the accolade of Europe's Leading Private Jet Charter Company 2026. The black tie event was held at the Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort in the southwest of Montenegro.

Andy Christie, group private jet director at Air Charter Service, says: “It is a great honour to have been named as the continent's best at what we do, and I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that took the time to vote for us.

"The award is testament to our European team's hard work over the past year; our offices across the continent have seen a huge increase in charter numbers so far this year, up by almost 50% in H1. And this award is recognition of their achievements, with each one of our 15 offices in Europe contributing to this year's fantastic figures.”

This award win comes on the back of ACS being voted as The Air Charter Association's ‘Charter Broker of the Year’ earlier in the month and also winning the ‘Aviation Customer Focus Achievement Award’ at the Aviation Industry Awards UK in September.

Air Charter Service is a global aircraft charter broker with 43 offices worldwide, spanning all six major continents, offering private jet, commercial airliner and cargo aircraft charters, as well as onboard courier solutions. It arranges over 35,000 flights annually with revenue of more than one billion dollars for the past six years. It was formed in 1990 by Chris and Tina Leach in the basement of their house and now employs more than 800 staff worldwide.
