Rolls-Royce adds seven CorporateCare Enhanced benefits at no extra cost

October 20, 2026

Rolls-Royce has expanded CorporateCare Enhanced with seven new benefits, including minor FOD cover and free Technical Variance documentation, at no increase to the programme's hourly rate.

The enhanced service is standard for all new CorporateCare customers and is also available as an upgrade to eligible existing contracts.

Rolls-Royce has introduced a further expansion of its CorporateCare Enhanced service, with new coverage and service benefits. The latest enhancements are designed to reduce customers' exposure to unexpected costs, operational complexity and the administrative burden of managing their Rolls-Royce-powered aircraft.

The additional benefits, which will be incorporated into the CorporateCare Enhanced programme with no increase to the programme's hourly rate, include: additional protection against minor Foreign Object Damage (FOD) when damage does not require immediate engine or nacelle removal and can be repaired on-wing or near-wing; free-of-charge Technical Variance (TV) documentation for both qualified and unqualified damage cases, excluding negligence; expanded Life-Limited Parts (LLP) coverage for time expiration, providing enhanced protection for eligible Pearl customers; access to nacelle painting services through the global Rolls-Royce ASC network; simplified line-replaceable unit core return process, including coverage of return shipping costs by Rolls-Royce; reduced administrative burden through planned process enhancements, including pre-arranged shipping and return labels; and greater operational certainty and cost protection through broader maintenance and support coverage.

Lindsey Gillen, VP sales and marketing, Rolls-Royce, says: “Our customers told us where we could make CorporateCare Enhanced even more valuable, and we listened. We took that feedback into our business and turned it into meaningful additional coverage and simpler support. These enhancements address real operational needs, from unexpected minor damage to everyday maintenance and logistics. They reinforce what CorporateCare Enhanced is designed to deliver: greater certainty, less complexity and confidence that Rolls-Royce will be there when our customers need us.”

CorporateCare Enhanced is Rolls-Royce's comprehensive, fixed-cost-per-flying-hour engine maintenance management programme for business aviation customers. The enhanced service is standard for all new CorporateCare customers and is also available as an upgrade to eligible existing contracts. It covers a wide range of additional services for the AE 3007 and Tay engines, including troubleshooting and mobile repair team travel costs. For the Pearl 15, Pearl 700, BR710 and BR725 engines, it also covers maintenance for the whole powerplant, including the nacelle, engine build-up and thrust reverser; unit-related services; and erosion and corrosion on all engine and nacelle parts.

Rolls-Royce is a leading business aviation engine supplier, powering more than 4,300 business aircraft in service. Today, more than 3,000 aircraft are covered by CorporateCare, and approximately 86 per cent of new Rolls-Royce-powered business aircraft deliveries are enrolled in the programme.

CorporateCare Enhanced provides financial and operational benefits, including increased asset value and liquidity, reduced exposure to unforeseen maintenance costs, increased aircraft availability, reduced management burden, full risk transfer and priority access to Rolls-Royce's global services infrastructure and remote site assistance.

CorporateCare Enhanced launched in January 2019 as standard for all new CorporateCare customers, replacing the earlier CorporateCare service. It passed 100 contracts within weeks of opening, 1,000 contracts by May 2022, and 1,500 contracts by May 2025.

When Rolls-Royce announced the 1,500th contract in May 2025, it reported approximately 75 per cent of new Rolls-Royce-powered business aircraft deliveries were enrolled in CorporateCare Enhanced and more than 2,500 aircraft were on CorporateCare overall.
