SC Aviation has acquired Heartland Aviation, an Eau Claire, Wisconsin-based provider of aircraft management, charter and maintenance services.

The acquisition expands SC Aviation's presence across western Wisconsin and the Minneapolis–St. Paul region while enhancing its service capabilities, fleet resources and customer reach throughout the Upper Midwest.

“We're excited to welcome Heartland Aviation's team and customers into the SC Aviation family,” states Adam Singer, vice president and general manager of SC Aviation. “Heartland Aviation has built a strong reputation in the Eau Claire region, and this acquisition allows us to combine that local expertise with SC Aviation's resources and network to better serve our customers throughout the Upper Midwest.”

“Heartland Aviation has been built on relationships, and when I looked at who could give this operation the best platform to grow, SC Aviation was the clear answer,” adds Nick Fancher, president and CEO, Heartland Aviation. “We share the same commitment to doing things right and the same vision for what aviation in this region can become. I am proud of what this team has built, and I look forward to continuing to work with SC Aviation to grow and expand.”

Founded in 1961, Heartland Aviation has long served the Eau Claire area with aircraft maintenance, private jet charter and aircraft management. Following the acquisition, Heartland Aviation will continue operating under its current name, ensuring continuity for both customers and employees while maintaining its strong local presence.

“Our long-term vision is to unite the strengths of both organisations to create an even stronger aviation company,” Singer goes on. “In the near term, our focus is on preserving the exceptional service Heartland customers expect while investing in the future growth of the company.”

SC Aviation plans to invest in expanded services by adding additional aircraft at the Eau Claire location in the coming months. The acquisition reflects SC Aviation's continued commitment to strategic growth and delivering comprehensive aviation solutions, including charter, aircraft management, maintenance and aviation consulting services.

Founded in 1946, SC Aviation is celebrating 80 years of serving aircraft owners and travellers with industry-leading private aviation solutions and a commitment to operational excellence.
