JetBay relaunch adds fixed-price model to charter platform

May 4, 2026

Users can now compare routes, view published prices and confirm bookings directly on the JetBay platform, replacing a traditional back-and-forth charter quoting process.

JetBay has relaunched its private jet booking platform as a fully integrated online travel agency (OTA), introducing a fixed-price charter model designed to simplify how private aviation is researched and booked.

The Singapore-based platform has moved beyond its previous aggregator model, offering an end-to-end booking experience that allows users to browse aircraft, compare routes and confirm flights directly.

Central to the relaunch is Fixed-Price Private Jet Charter, which provides pre-priced, all-inclusive packages across selected high-traffic United States and international city pairs, operated by certified air carriers and authorised charter operators.

“Private aviation has lacked a true OTA experience; a place where clients can see available options, published prices and book with confidence,” says Cao Yuan, chief executive officer at JetBay. “The relaunch of our platform, paired with Fixed-Price Private Jet Charter, changes that. We're bringing transparency and ease of modern travel booking in an industry where pricing clarity has traditionally lagged.”

The model contrasts with the traditional charter pricing structure, where costs vary depending on aircraft positioning, seasonality, fuel surcharges and availability, often limiting visibility for clients planning travel.

JetBay’s fixed-price offering instead provides a defined total charter rate inclusive of operator fees and standard charges, with no requirement for memberships or fractional ownership.

“Luxury travellers are accustomed to knowing exactly what they're paying for before they commit, whether it's a five-star hotel suite or a first-class cabin,” adds Cao. “Private aviation should be no different. JetBay's Fixed-Price Private Jet Charter package closes that gap.”

The structure is aimed at a broad user base, including corporate travel managers seeking budget certainty, family offices coordinating travel and frequent charter clients comparing different access models.
