The appointments have added experienced leaders in finance, customer operations and people strategy to support long-term growth and organisational development.

“Safety, reliability and trust are the foundation of our relationships with customers,” says new chief customer officer, Toya Del Valle.

Jeppesen ForeFlight has expanded its leadership team with the appointment of three senior executives, naming Joe Ayers as chief financial officer, Toya Del Valle as chief customer officer and Richa Gupta as chief people officer, with Gupta assuming her role from January 5, 2026.

Her earlier career included senior leadership roles at US Airways and American Airlines, including responsibility for integrating human resources operations following the merger of the two carriers.
