ACS triples Boston activity and outgrows its old office

June 20, 2025

The company expanded its team and trebled its private charter numbers before moving into a larger facility at Hanscom Field.

The relocation has placed ACS directly on the airfield at Hanscom, with views of the ramp and runway.

Air Charter Service has opened a new office at Laurence G. Hanscom Field Airport near Boston following a period of sharp growth. The site is more than three times the size of the company's old offices.

President of ACS Americas Richard Thompson says: “We opened the Boston office two years ago and we have seen incredible growth in that time. In the first five months of this year, we have more than trebled the number of private jet charters that we contracted in the same period last year. The market has been responding well to our personalised brand of service and the global reach of the Air Charter Service group. As a result, over the past 12 months we have hugely expanded the team in Boston, doubling in size, to keep up with demand. This has, however, meant that we had outgrown our old office as we look to further add to the team.”

Head of the Boston operation Robert Alper adds: “This new office space, which is more than three times the size of our last premises, gives us the room to fulfil our growth plans for the immediate future and is ideally situated at Laurence G. Hanscom Field Airport, in a new building with panoramic windows overlooking the ramp and runway.”

The grand opening of the new site was attended by local customers, airline representatives and Aston Martin.
