UpStar selects Traxxall to streamline maintenance oversight

June 9, 2025

The deal came as JSSI reported broader expansion across South America during this week’s Catarina Aviation Show in Sao Paulo.

UpStar Aviation has selected Traxxall as its maintenance tracking software to boost operational visibility and efficiency across its varied fleet of business jets, turboprops and helicopters. The announcement was made during the Catarina Aviation Show in Sao Paulo, where JSSI shared that Traxxall continues to see momentum in South America.

“We are very excited to partner with JSSI and Traxxall as our maintenance software provider,” says UpStar Aviation’s director of maintenance and certifications Raquel Sacramento. “The Traxxall platform gives our team the tools needed to manage a mixed fleet of aircraft across multiple locations with great level of detail. The dashboards and reporting give us better visibility into the status of our aircraft and the workflows help us speed up the return to service process. In addition, Traxxall has great, local analyst support here in Brazil, which was a major factor in our decision.”

Traxxall’s chief commercial officer Mark Steinbeck says: “Brazil and South America have continued to be a strong market for Traxxall and we are pleased to support UpStar Aviation.” He credits the growth of the brand across the region to the Sao Paulo-based Giuliano Palma Donadio, who joined the Traxxall team in 2021.

JSSI has also reported increased business across its other services, including Hourly Cost Maintenance Programs, Parts & Leasing, Aviation Capital and Conklin & deDecker. “This region has been one of the fastest growing business aircraft markets in the world and we are here to provide best-in-class solutions and support to owners and operators throughout the lifecycle of their aircraft,” says David Caporali, JSSI’s senior vice president of strategy and business development in LATAM.
