Cutter Aviation expands Prescott ramp and parking

March 7, 2025

The Prescott Regional Airport facility has added nearly 87,000 square feet of ramp space and over 24,000 square feet of parking to support growing aviation demand.

A grand opening event was to be held on 6 March to showcase the new facility.

Cutter Aviation has completed a ramp expansion project at its fixed-based operator (FBO) facility at Prescott Regional Airport/Ernest A Love Field in Arizona. The development adds 86,973 square feet of ramp space and 24,258 square feet of parking, increasing the facility’s capacity to accommodate growing aviation activity.

The expansion is designed to improve operational efficiency and enhance the experience for visiting aircraft. “We are excited to reach this significant milestone in Prescott,” says Will Cutter, president and CEO of Cutter Aviation. “The expansion helps us meet the growing demand in the area and better serve our customers.”

Fann Contracting carried out the construction work, which has now been completed. Cutter Aviation will host a grand opening event on 6 March at 4:00 p.m. to mark the occasion.
