Jet Ways launches security advisory service

Jet Ways, a Tel Aviv-based charter broker and business aviation consultancy company, is proud to announce of a new service to operators.

The service is aimed at ad hoc or routine special flights to destinations with higher than normal risk, to meet crew and aircraft security requirements, as well as insurance companies' demands, and is targeted at issues affecting aviation and crews' security.

Jet Ways is offering a one-time and updated intelligence report for sensitive destinations, based on human-generated analysis, compiled from local sources, social media, communication media and other covert sources.

The service offers three levels;

-The first level, a one time report includes airspace safety and security, country and airport security, with briefing on last three months terrorism, political unrest, public order and crime situations, with recommendations on whether to park the aircraft locally or move to another, more secure, airport. It also emphasises whether it is recommended to hire a local security firm to secure the aircraft, and where applicable, which company. It also offers emergency services contacts, US and other embassy contacts and predicted cellular coverage for 2G, 3G and 4G.

- The second level includes level 1 plus real-time push alerts to the crews, recommended routes to a from the airport and recommended hotels and places to avoid.

- The third level includes level 2 plus 24/7 coverage and tracking by Jet Way's 24/7/365 ops centres, located in Israel and the USA, to support the crew, which will have an emergency and distress button in a cell-based application, which will trigger the ops centres to call emergency service and direct them to where the crew is.

The service is offered on a one-time need basis, with no need for any subscription or monthly fee.

The biggest advantage is that the report and analysis are made by human analysts, who are all ex-Israeli intelligence analysts.
