Marina Burr will manage customer services at Waves

Head of customer experience appointed

Waves has appointed Marina Burr to a newly-created role dedicated to customer experience and satisfaction. Burr was previously in the telecoms market and says: “I know the difference that customer service can make to loyalty. It's clear from my first couple of weeks with Waves just how important exceptional customer service is.”
