Air Partner moves into fatigue risk management

UK-headquartered Air Partner has acquired fatigue risk management consultancy Clockwork Research, which will become part of Air Partner's consulting and training division alongside Baines Simmons. The company will continue to trade as Clockwork Research and will hold responsibility for all fatigue risk management consultancy within the Air Partner group globally.

Fatigue risk management is an area of growing importance as airlines seek to maximise pilot productivity and the acquisition complements Air Partner's aviation safety consultancy business, continuing the group's strategy of expanding its exposure to more stable income streams.
