VistaJet launches app to allow smartphone flight booking

VistaJet has launched an app which provides its customers with live mobile access to its 24/7 member services. It allows customers to use their smartphone to book, amend and review flights whenever they want from anywhere in the world.

Founder and chairman Thomas Flohr says: “We're always looking for new opportunities to make the time our customers spend with us as memorable as possible and to make their flight an experience they will never forget. Customers can now book a flight and access the full array of VistaJet's services no matter where in the world they are, at a time that suits them.”

Double-digit growth in flight traffic and record passengers numbers

VistaJet has reported an increase in flight and passenger statistics for 2015, its strongest year to date. Worldwide flight traffic increased more than 21 per cent year-on-year when compared to 2014 and the total number of passengers flying with the company increased by more than 23 per cent.

Flohr adds: “VistaJet is still increasing its geographic reach in the US and China, and we are taking market share from our main competitors in all of our core markets. It was particularly pleasing to see Asia becoming one of our fastest growing markets, and we were delighted to see strong growth in flight traffic in China. We have clear execution plans to increase the number of destinations we fly to still further and to accelerate our growth in 2016.”
