Ian Davies of ACG has launched a new web site

ACG's web site fosters customer interaction

Ian Davies, founder of Air Charter Global has launched a new web site as the company moves into its second year of trading. The site will encourage more interaction with customers once a booking has been placed. Davies says: “We will provide a free of charge user account so that when the charter has been booked, the customer can log in to check the details.”

Customers will be able to reference information regarding their aircraft, times of departure, payments and access copies of the contract. There is also an area to update items such as passenger names, passport details and additional requests for catering, taxi service or hotel bookings.

Davies has seven years' ground level experience with a background as an operations controller at executive handling agents in the north west of England. With just three staff, Davies says he wants the company to: “Retain a conservative backroom mind-set in order to create a customer experience that genuinely feels personal.”

The job of an aviation broker isn't just about the flight itself, and for ACG this means that knowledge of arranging taxis, catering, hire cars and booking crew and passengers into hotels is an important part of its service. Davies says: “We understand that big contracts can take months to plan, days to communicate and hours to ensure that each minuscule detail of the contract is covered.”
