Interflight appoints Trevor Jones as accountable manager

January 19, 2017:

Biggin Hill-based private jet operator, Interflight, has appointed Trevor Jones as accountable manager. Trevor will be a key player in driving Interflight's transformation in becoming a leading private jet operator, and will oversee all operations of the air charter business, in addition to the EASA – Part M approvals and the maintenance 145 company.

Trevor brings to the position a wealth of experience in business jet management and air charter operations with over 35 years as professional pilot, and more recently accountable manager. Having held AOCs since 1982, he is well versed in the workings of the EASA AOC for commercial operations and NCC regulations affecting non-commercial operations of managed aircraft.

Speaking on the future of Interflight, Jones says “I am very proud to be heading up a skilled and professional team dedicated to taking the company on a new journey to become an exclusive and world class leader in the field of VIP aviation”.

Trevor builds on Interflight's 40 years' experience in private aviation, specialising in air charter and aircraft management, with a separate technical services division responsible for engineering. In addition to this key appointment, Interflight has introduced new IT systems and technology, as well as adding a newly refurbished Hawker 800XP to the fleet, as part of an ongoing strategy to offer a bespoke, client-focused offering.
