Stratos launches mobile-friendliest deadhead flights page

December 21, 2015:

For years, travellers have been taking advantage of the discounted fares of deadhead flights, private jets returning from one-way flights that would otherwise fly empty, but it hasn't always been easy to book deadhead charter flights. At least, until now.

Florida-based Stratos Jet Charters has just launched the industry's most user-friendly mobile-friendly deadhead charter flights website page to make it fast and simple for travellers to find and book empty leg flights.

“We know how busy our clients are, and that more and more people are researching flights online, so we wanted to make our one-way flights page as user-friendly as possible,” says Joel Thomas, Stratos president and ceo.

Where booking private jet deadhead flights on some websites can be cumbersome and time-consuming, Stratos's new mobile-friendly page offers:

- An instant snapshot of everything travellers want to see, including an image of the aircraft, 'from' and 'to' locations, and availability.

- One-click request-a-quote button, returned in less than 10 minutes of receipt

- Access to the most comprehensive empty leg flights database, with 6,500-14,000 available flight options at any given moment for travel across North America and the world.
“We're really giving travellers the tools they need to conveniently make travel plans on the device they use most, and save money. Those are two of the most important trends in our industry right now,” says Thomas.
One-way flights typically cost 10-30 per cent less than traditional charter flights, and in some instances they can be as much as be half the price, allowing travellers to experience the luxury, safety and convenience of private jets while trimming the travel budget.
