MHS Aviation adds Phenom 100 to its fleet

December 11, 2013:

MHS Aviation from Grünwald (Munich) has added a new Embraer Phenom 100 to its fleet, one of the most modern 4-seater business jets on the market. The new aircraft marks another step in the growth strategy of MHS Aviation.

“With this new “baby” arriving, we fill a gap in the lower end of our fleet “says Stefan Buschle, chief commercial officer. “This new jet is perfect for business travelers looking for a time-saving and comfortable option to reach smaller European airports. We are convinced that our clients will love this aircraft, it offers a lot of benefits for a relatively low budget. For example a flight leaving Munich to St. Moritz, for a ski-ing weekend, costs approximately 6.400 EUR, or 1.600 EUR per seat.

The Phenom 100, a newly developed jet from the Brazilian manufacturer Embraer, is one of the best-in-class aircraft in its sector. With a range of 1.900km (1.000 nm) it can easily fly non-stop on routes such as Munich-Istanbul, Hamburg-Mallorca, Berlin-Moscow or Stuttgart-Madrid. The very pleasant cabin has a modern configuration and exceeds the client´s expectations.

MHS Aviation was founded in 1979 as Munich Helicopter Services. Gerd Brandecker and his partner Axel André took over the company in 2009, adding two Learjets to the existing helicopter fleet. With the new Phenom 100, MHS Aviation operates now 14 aircraft: five Dornier Do328, which also operate for British Airways, one Challenger 604, five Learjets (L31 to L60) and two Agusta AW109 helicopter in vip-configuration. Further aircraft additions are planned during the next few months.
