ANA Business Jet appoints CEO

Tokyo-headquartered ANA Business Jet has appointed Jun Katagiri as chief executive officer. The fledgling business, which began operations at the start of July, organises charter flights connecting to scheduled ANA services bound mainly for North America and Europe. Initially these will be available at Chicago O'Hare International and Los Angeles International airports. The company will also arrange direct charter flights from Japan.

Katagiri has spent almost 40 years in the aviation industry and has specialised in the corporate sales and business travel sectors. During his time at ANA (All Nippon Airways) he was head of corporate sales where he contributed to the expansion of its international network.
