Wijet becomes launch airline for the HondaJet

French operator Wijet is in the process of purchasing 16 HondaJets in a contract worth $78 million at catalogue price. The first aircraft was delivered in March and further deliveries are to be staged over the next 18 months. Wijet is to include the HondaJet in its jet card programme and will also introduce a real-time mobile booking app in the course of 2018 both for charter and jet card clients.
