Helijet recognised for 30 years of safe flight ops

Helicopter operator Helijet International, based in British Columbia, Canada, has been recognised by Sikorsky for 30 years of safe charter and scheduled airline operations with S-76 helicopters. Helijet president and CEO, Daniel Sitnam, was also praised for his dedication and commitment to safety, leadership and training by the OEM at the 2017 Helicopter Association International Heli-Expo show in Las Vegas.

Helijet's fleet of 11 S-76s is used primarily for corporate charter, air medical services and scheduled passenger transport. Sikorsky's global S-76 fleet recently achieved a seven million flight hour milestone, to which Helijet's operations contributed.
