Zetta Jet merges with Singapore and California management companies

Singapore-headquartered Zetta Jet has signed a definitive agreement on a merger with Van Nuys, California-based management company Advanced Air Management (AAM) and Asia Aviation Company, a Seletar airport, Singapore-based management, charter and flight department company. The acquisition will extend its core business of private aircraft charter with aircraft management solutions under the core brand of Zetta Jet as Zetta Jet Management.

“The merger of both companies under Zetta Jet is a significant milestone which will greatly strengthen our value proposition as the world's first truly personalised private airline,” says managing director Geoffery Cassidy. As a result of the merger, AAM has been renamed as Zetta Jet USA Inc and Asia Aviation will be incorporated under the core brand of Zetta Jet.

Cassidy will continue to lead Zetta Jet as managing director in Singapore while director of sales Matthew Walter and director of operations James Seagrim will both be based in Burbank, California.
