Vladimir Velebit will lead develop-ment of TAG Geneva’s charter department and take responsibility for client management

Air 7

Cherie Hecker joins California operator Air 7 as vice president of operations. Her responsibilities include the strategic oversight of operations efficiency and client engagement, and she says: “My goal is to provide proactive operational resources for our team to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.”

Hecker graduated from Embry-Riddle aeronautical university with a masters in aeronautical science and has a multi-engine commercial pilot certificate. She also has over 17 years of operational leadership experience within the industry.

TAG Aviation

Vladimir Velebit has been appointed manager of business aviation services company TAG Aviation's charter services department in Geneva. He began his business aviation career in 2007 within TAG Aviation's charter sales department before joining ExecuJet Europe four years later. In 2015 he co-founded aircraft management consultancy Steering Partners. Velebit holds diplomas of advanced studies in marketing and communication and in aviation management from HEC Geneva.

Florent Sériès, vice president sales and marketing, TAG Aviation Europe, says, “I am very pleased to welcome Vladimir back to TAG Aviation. His great aviation experience and strong sense of customer service and sales focus will be great assets for this position and for the continual growth of the department.”

Pentastar Aviation

Michigan, USA-based operator Pentastar Aviation has appointed Calvin Ford to the position of client relations - emerging markets. Ford reports to Brad Bruce, executive vice president of maintenance and sales, and is responsible for creating and developing strategies to attract new customers as well as to retain current business. He will focus on identifying new industry sectors that may have a need for business aviation solutions and will introduce and promote Pentastar to new geographic areas.

“We look forward to the energy that Calvin will bring to the Pentastar Aviation team,” says Bruce. “In addition to his vast experience in customer relationship management, his fresh view of our products and services will support the identification of new market segments.”
