VistaJet reports strong performance figures

VistaJet's global flight traffic was up 23 per cent in the first six months of the year despite global economic uncertainties. Its fleet of 65+ aircraft now performs more than 100 flights a day. Its passenger numbers are up 20 per cent, flight traffic in the US is up 145 per cent from first half 2015 and it has seen triple digit growth in flights from Europe and the US to Asia.

Chairman and founder Thomas Flohr says: “We are taking nothing for granted, and have several exciting new initiatives scheduled for the second half of 2016.”

In the first half of the year it sold its largest single package of hours ever, and has seen the average number of annual contractual flight hours rise in the second quarter to 120 hours per new customer.
