Priester Aviation

Michael Giordano and Wade Beyer have joined Chicago operator Priester Aviation as vice presidents of charter sales. Giordano will be responsible for the expansion of Priester's northeast and mid-Atlantic charter sales as VP of northeast charter sales and is based in New York City. Beyer will be responsible for client retention and expansion of Priester's southwest territory.

New York-based ExcelAire, a subsidiary of Hawthorne Global Aviation Services, has named Robert Molsbergen as president and promoted Ralph Michielli to COO. Molsbergen will lead the private jet charter and manage-ment business as well as overseeing the private jet main- tenance and FBO operations at Long Island airport.

XOJet

XOJET has appointed James Henderson to the role of chief business officer. He will lead the brand, marketing and partner-ships teams while also serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and other commercial leaders.

UK operator Synergy Aviation has appointed Dave Edwards and Tom Wells to its board of directors. Edwards was executive vice president of Qatar Executive and MD Middle East and Asia at Gama Aviation, while Tom Wells was MD Europe at Gama Aviation. Both men have taken a significant shareholding in the company and will be fully involved in the day-to-day running and strategic direction of the business.
